Age opened to Oregon in Oct 2019 and is located inside the base of Portland. Since then, I felt this would be the best time to step up, once i got the call.

Says Chef Young, Who has been serving both quality interpretations of classic dishes and daring new ventures into the uncharted territories of food.

Age will become apart of the Pastry Collective, Ive been living in Oregon for 10 years so i can reflect the hip sensibilities of the surrounding areas, while also paying tribute to Portland’s look from past. ( in order to incorporate everything into now)
